My dedication to blogging hasn’t been the greatest, but it hasn’t stopped me from continuing with the diet!
I’ve had the most active 11 days in a row within the last 2.5 years. The diet has been going pretty well. I’ve stayed under 1700 calories every day for the most part. Intermittent fasting 3 times a week has been a big help.
I currently weigh 249.4 pounds.
I have lost 12 pounds as of today, 6/30/2017.
